In Ju-Jitsu, you’ll frequently find yourself in a position feeling trapped or stuck and you’ll want to go with your first instinct to get out of it. If you go with your first instinct you’re probably going to stay stuck.

The only way to get out of being trapped is by finding a second right answer, with a move no one is expecting.

Creativity, like Ju-Jitsu, is a skill you can’t develop without practice.
