THE ART OF JUMPING BY ESTHER LADIPO

THE ART OF JUMPING BY ESTHER LADIPO

I’ve learned that in order to be creative, you must be willing to jump far and frequently.

By jumping, I do not mean the sport of jumping up and down. I mean having the faith and determination to go and do something that makes you uncomfortable – jumping.

Successful creative people are not afraid of jumping.

When standing on the cliff of life, you must jump. You must take the leap of faith. Just know, when you first jump, your parachute may not open right away, you may hit a few bumps on the road, and you might get a few cuts and bruises.

However, eventually the parachute has to open. When it does open, you will be uncomfortable, but the jump will help you fulfill your creative destiny. In order for these growing opportunities to come your way, you must take a leap of faith and jump!

You can play it safe, and stay on the cliff of creativity, but your parachute will never open and you never will be able to live in your gift.

Jumping will never fail you, staying complacent on the edge will.

Go jump.
