I have learned that the ability to change an outcome many times relies upon your ability to believe in yourself and your ideas. As a society, we rely upon the recognition and likeness of others to feel accomplished. When at the end of the day the only opinion that matters is yourself. Once you are able to believe in the power of yourself you can enable others to create greater changes.
