AN ACQUIRED TASTE BY JANNA MADDOX

AN ACQUIRED TASTE BY JANNA MADDOX

After coming to university in a state I was completely unfamiliar with, I was propelled into change never before. This was something I became more familiar with as I kept going through college. This process of being pushed outside of my comfort zone and life never remaining a constant was almost normal.

I’m the kind of person who babbles on about entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial thinking. I always forget that some people hate change though. Whenever they see a pad of sticky notes or hear me say the words “risk” or “ambiguity” they might roll their eyes at me. There certainly is a lot when it comes to entrepreneurial thinking and different creative processes, but it can make a world of a difference when it comes to the outcome. You might think that it’s gross or disgusting, but if you just try it you might even like it. Simply put -- it’s an acquired taste, yet a delicious one at that.
