The Journey Awaits

The journey far and wide I take,

To new and wondrous lands that await,

With sights unseen and sounds unknown,

A world of beauty to be shown. 

From mountains tall to valleys deep,

To cultures steeped in ancient pride, 

The world is full of endless surprise, 

And to experiences them, my spirt ponders, 

To step beyond my comfort zone,

To seek the unknown and roam, 

Is to discover new horizons,

And find a world beyond my own. 

So I continue with glee,

To places yet for I to see,

For the beauty that awaits me there,

I venture on and I hope you too.
