THIS TOO SHALL PASS BY ABBY PORTER

My mom always told me "this too shall pass"...but only recently have I begun to understand what she meant by the commonly known phrase. I always used it as comfort, ensuring that hard times won't last forever...but after looking back at my life can see now, the good times pass too. The moment I realized this was the moment I truly began living. 

I live for experiences. Risk. Failure. Resilience. Ambiguity. Empathy. Collaboration. Confidence. CREATIVITY are all embedded in them. 

For me, life is about seeking out the adventure, connecting with as many different cultures, languages, lives, and people as I can, and ultimately creating moments that I wish could last forever and then moving on to even better.

Live in the present moment and know… this too shall pass.
