MAKING EVERYDAY THE BEST DAY EVER BY EMILY PURE

MAKING EVERYDAY THE BEST DAY EVER BY EMILY PURE

This is a mindset I recently took on since my internship this past summer at a holistic health and wellness company. Their tagline is to “have the best day ever.” More easily said than done.

Now it may seem a bit cheesy since every day is not always going to be sunshines and rainbows. Things get hard and unexpected situations come up.

This is where everyone has the ability to choose how they react to situations. By making it the best day ever, there is always a way to flip your mindset and control what you can. By making this an active part of my life, I have been able to fill my time with things that matter and be intentional about how I react to situations.

When it comes to creativity, the best day ever mindset encourages me to play with things and have the ability to control my thoughts so that there is more focus in my life. This is how I create action within my creative processes. My VOJ still gets in the way of living fully, but the best day ever mindset has helped me focus to silence this voice in my head. The first step to creativity is actually starting and taking the time to fail and learn.

The best day ever mindset can apply to any situation, and will truly make you have a growth mindset in everything you do. Whether it’s school, personal problems, work, or creativity, there is always a way to make every situation better.

So go out, take risks, and make everyday the best day ever.
